We will confirm your reservation by e-mail, and we will send you our personalized offer with all the necessary information by e-mail. Within 3 working days after our confirmation, 50% of the accommodation fee must be transferred in advance to confirm the booking intention. After receiving this, we will send an advance invoice to finalize the reservation.If the advance is not paid, the reservation is considered irrelevant. Thank you for your understanding!
Please settle the remaining half of the offer amount by the day of arrival. After that, we will send you the code of the electronic apartment key, with which you can take over the accommodation from 3:00 p.m. We will send detailed information about everything by letter.
RESIGNATION
We only accept cancellations in writing, but we try to handle them flexibly.

PARKING: There is 1 parking space in the apartment's own closed parking lot, while 2 more cars can be parked in front of the house. Parking on the street is free.
RECEPTION: We are usually in the neighborhood of the apartment 24 hours a day. If we are not personally available, we will always inform our guests.

DAILY CHANGE OF BEDDING: On demand, on request.
CLEANING: The entire apartment is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected after everyone. We provide cleaning once a week with a change of bed linen and towels. On request, we also provide daily cleaning.
We have separate selective collectors for plastic and paper as well as glass and canned waste. If you also want to keep things around you in an environmentally conscious manner, please put this garbage in the designated collectors.
BLANKET: In addition to the bed linen found in the room, there is an extra blanket in the shared wardrobe. Outdoor blankets, pillows, cleaning products and tools, children's accessories and sports equipment, and toiletries can also be found here.
PILLOW: In addition to the existing ones, we provide additional small/large pillows on request.
HAIR DRYER: In the bathroom, you can find the scale in the bottom cabinet, along with detergents.
TOWEL: Mini, small and large size towels provided in the room, toilet paper towels in the bathroom.
TOWEL CHANGE: We change the towels weekly, we also provide a daily towel change on request.
UMBRELLA: There is a large umbrella on the hat rack at the entrance.
WASHING: There is a washing machine in the bathroom, detergents are prepared in the drawer under the sink.
DRYING: We undertake clothes drying on request.
SEWING KIT: Prepared in the small basket at the entrance, next to the shoe care products, indicate the additional color requirement.
IRON AND IRON STAND: The common wardrobe contains the steam iron and the board.
GARDEN: Our guests can use the garden belonging to the Apartment exclusively.
BARBECUE POSSIBLEG: We provide outdoor grilling.

STORAGE OF SPORTS EQUIPMENT, BEACH EQUIPMENT: Closed storage for bicycles and rubber toys is also provided.

PET:We cannot accept pets, we take into account guests who are allergic to animal fur and small children.
BREAKFAST:During the summer season, our wonderful bakery partner, Morzsa Pékség, delivers orders placed before 3 p.m. the next morning. This way, you can start the first energizing meal of the day with a comfortable breakfast and fresh pastries. Capsule coffee machine, kettle, tea and tea jug are in the kitchen for making hot drinks. COVID: If required by government decree, adults staying at the accommodation must have a security card, which is checked by the accommodation provider before arrival.
SECURITY OF YOUR DATA:
As an accommodation service provider, we are obliged to report data to the National Tourist Information Center, therefore filling out a data request form before arrival is mandatory, we cannot use these data for any other purpose.
